Guide: Purchasing ZNZ with Credit Card (InstaSwap)
This step-by-step guide will show you how to purchase ZNZ through the platform InstaSwap. Please read the disclaimer at the bottom and understand that ZENZO is not responsible for any financial decisions nor experiences on any third-party platform.
Getting Started
In order to buy ZNZ with your credit/debit card, the first thing you must do is visit www.instaswap.io. Then, select which currency you would like to exchange for ZNZ. For this example, Great British Pounds (GBP) will be chosen as the desired fiat option.
Step 1
Once you have selected the desired currency and have chosen to exchange it for ZENZO (ZNZ), click Swap.
Step 2
This will prompt you to put in your ZNZ public address (the address you wish to send your newly purchased ZNZ to). For most, this is the desired receiving address located inside the desktop wallet (ZENZO Core). Some may prefer to use another option, like one of the available third-party, mobile wallet applications.
Step 3
After you enter and confirm the correct ZNZ receiving address, it will then prompt you to put in your email address. You must first verify your email address in order to make the purchase. A login code will then be sent to the email address you provide.
Step 4
Make sure to check the email address you entered, as your login code will be found in there. Copy and paste the code into the box on the InstaSwap website and continue.
Step 5
Next, you will need to provide a few personal details (First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth), as well as the billing address you wish to make the purchase under. Once you have properly filled in the fields, you may continue.
Step 6
As part of buying cryptocurrency using your credit/debit card, it is required that you must provide a valid form of identification, such as a passport or a driver’s license. Many are already familiar with this process, often referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer). This is fairly common with finance, due to legal restrictions and laws to prevent money laundering and other illegal activities.
Step 7
Firstly, you must input which country your document was issued from. For example, the United Kingdom. Next, you need to choose which legal document of identification you want to use. For example, your passport will require your passport picture page and your passport number. Your driver’s license will require a front and back picture of your license and both options require a recently taken headshot of yourself (selfie).
Step 8
Upload your chosen form of identification and picture (selfie) and wait for them to fully upload.
Step 9
Finally, all that’s left is for you to enter in your credit/debit card details.
Before you complete the transaction, you will be brought to a final summary page where you can check to make sure all your information is correct. If all of the information is correct, then click Complete Transaction.
The final screen shows the progress of your pending transaction, so you can keep an eye on when the swap will be complete. This page also gives you a Transaction ID. If you have any issues, you can use the ID to follow up with the InstaSwap team and track the progress.
